Greek tragedian Sophocles once said: 'I was born to join in love, not hate - that is my nature.' Recently, I had the pleasure of engaging in conversation with the intuitive, wise Domino Kirke, doula and cofounder of @carriagehousebirth, on becoming aware of the blueprints of our being, and the journeys we take in overcoming the patterns that have kept us in (spiritual and physical) spaces we no longer want to be in. We all came here for a reason, but sometimes knowing one's own nature is only the beginning.
