The word goodbye is simple, but it’s not easy to say. To farewell those whom we have lost—no matter who they were—is a process that unfolds in difficult and mysterious ways. With grief there is always darkness, but in time there will be light.
When we grieve those who are gone there is no standard equation to quickly ease the pain, nor should there be, either. In times of loss you deserve to allow yourself the time to feel, unapologetically, and at times nonsensically, with abandon.
Working with a range of metaphysical therapies—including energy healing, intuitive counsel, and meditation—I guide you on your path to safely feeling—and releasing—the whole spectrum of emotions and challenges associated with the process of grieving.
